Viant Solutions was founded in 2005
with a vision to enable small and medium businesses and home users
get the most out of technology in their work and lives. Viant believes
technology should boost productivity and enhance life, not cause
headaches and waste time. As we work to provide our clients with
solutions, we seek to meet and exceed their needs by placing a
high priority on clear and effective communication so clients have
solutions they can understand and use.
Solutions from Viant provide both immediate and long-term satisfaction.
As we listen to clients we discern the clients’ pains with
their current technology (or lack thereof) and provide solutions
that not only resolve those pains but also allow them to be more
effective in their use of technology. Our desire is to alleviate
clients’ need to worry about their networks and free them
to focus on growing their businesses and living their lives
Viant Solutions builds relationships of trust with our clients
and communicates realistic expectations about the cost and scope
of projects to eliminate frustrations of under-delivered or over-priced
solutions. We maintain a client base appropriate to our staff size
so that we can respond quickly to our clients’ needs (typical
response time is 4-6 hours, 24 hour maximum). We communicate in
plain English and take the time to explain things without belittling
clients who aren’t computer wizards – knowing computers,
understanding options, and communicating them clearly and intelligibly
to you is our job; running your business and not worrying about
your network is yours.
The Viant Solutions team includes consultants who are certified
on both Windows and Macintosh software, and we bring together a
diverse set of talents to serve a wide range of clients.
